Is Online Poker Legal in Alaska?
At this moment there are is no legal online gambling in Alaska. Unlike a number of other states there has not been any push to regulate online gambling or poker in the state. The chance of Alaska deciding to regulate online poker is very small. Not only does the state no seem friendly to most forms of gaming, Alaska is also one of the least populated states.
